Several years ago, Innovate Information Technology Resources
realized its clients sometimes needed IT professionals to be permanently
placed to maintain systems Innovate designed. This service grew into the
Talent Resource Group. TRG now places IT professionals with all industries.
TRG's staffing experts have worked many years in the IT field. Our experience

The Recruitment Process
TRG thoroughly assesses your IT employment needs and gives you recommendations.
After your approval, we define the positions, including a detailed criteria
of requirements, scope of job, organizational environment, and cultural
factors.
Taking these parameters, we explore our extensive candidate network to
identify qualified, quality professionals. Interviews are arranged with
top candidates. TRG does all background checking, reference checking,
and preliminary interviewing, including determination of technology skills.
You are sent only the top three candidates for interview, with the assurance
that these people are all highly qualified for the position you need to
fill. If, for some reason, none of the candidates are right for you, we
then refine the search process based on feedback from you and a debriefing
of candidates, and repeat the process until you find the perfect fit.
In most cases, TRG works on a contingency basis: a fee is paid to us
when the candidate is hired. However, we also offer flexible staffing
for your temporary and contract needs.
