New Hires:

Allen Wilkinson
Customer Technical Services Delivery Manager

Though his title sounds complex, Allen's duties are not. He will be managing the relationship between our customers and our project developers. In addition to ensuring Innovate's customers get what they have asked for, Allen will be helping clients overcome today's business challenges utilizing tomorrow's technological solutions to maximize efficiency and business growth.

Allen's entrepreneurial mindset and customer service skills come from his fifteen years of customer service and marketing experience. He spent the last three years running his own IT solutions company serving the medical community. Allen's business technology experience has made him expert in supplying insight into operational challenges through the lens of applied technology.

Melanie Hoke
Solutions Engineer

Melanie is one of our Attitude+Aptitude program participants. She has been a project and team manager for programming projects at Humana, and recently graduated with honors from Jefferson Community College with a degree in computer programming. In addition to programming for Innovate, Melanie is a volunteer firefighter for the Harrods Creek Fire Department.

Account Executive

Gerry's IT career has spanned 4 continents and 15 years. He recently acquired an MBA, and is combining his IT experience with business knowledge to help our clients find the best possible technology solutions to their problems.

Jamie Proctor
Web Developer

Jamie comes to Innovate with an English degree and years of developing her IT, graphic design, and web development skills on the job. She combines communications skills with computer skills, and will be doing website development.

New Projects

Real Estate

Innovate is assisting a large real estate corporation with the management of a realtor website system, helping realtors with little or no experience in web development develop their own websites using an ASP-based simplified interface.

Publishing

A publishing company wanted to use 4D, a quality-management database program written for a Mac platform, but data needed to be collectable from either a PC or Mac platform. Innovate is rewriting the program for a browser platform, enabling our client to use the program from either a PC or Mac platform, and collecting information from both platforms into the same database systems.

University Ticket Sales

Innovate is assisting a major university move athletic ticket sales from a legacy Univax system to a web-based system, enabling online sales, accurate customer tracking, and improved customer service. We will be taking a three-phase approach to this project so that our client can benefit from the system prior to its completion.

Our first phase is changing the ticket system from a Univax base to a browser-based system, enabling ticket sales to be done efficiently in-house. The second phase will be the integration of the ticket sales database with the customer relationship system, enabling sales and development to accurately track customer preferences. The final phase will be enabling online ticket sales to the general public through online (or Internet) transactions.
